I launched SJ Growth Advisors in 2023 after hearing too often "why is it so hard to hire".

With over 10 years of B2B SaaS startup experience, I have implemented hiring programs to allow startups to scale efficiently from volume hires to executive search. 

Having spent 3 years in Recruitment tech I have the unique ability analyse an organizations current process with data, diagnose the issues and provide solutions to enable your team to hire the right people at scale.
